Nowadays my life has been revolving around work, home, Girvan, piano & driving. What happened to enjoying/playing after A levels. But something I've got to admit is that I've more money for my personal expenses(a.k.a clothes & shoes & bags)
I just spent a lot of money on these stuffs HAHA. Time passes much faster with work though. It's kind of good.
On a side note, I'm addicted to a song recently. It's song title is called Ghost. This song is so addictive. I keep putting it on replay :')
I miss traveling :-( Here are some pictures from Vietnam ^^
Nothing interesting happened lately so this post is just an update about whatever I've been doing. Oh right, for people who love horror, do head to

All about my navel piercing :-)
I FINALLY GOT MY NAVEL PIERCED!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm seriously very happy I can't contain my excitement)
So yes, this whole post would be on my experience of getting a navel piercing since many girls want to get it & don't know if they should & stuff. (I honestly think you should because it's hot HAHA)
Before I did the actual piercing, I actually googled 'navel piercing' a lot & about how people felt after they pierced, the aftercare, the side effects (BASICALLY EVERYTHING) I felt that navel piercing was a whole new level from ear piercings because personally, I have 5 piercings on my ears, 3 on my left, 2 on my right. I've got helix & tragus on my left and right ear respectively. So... navel piercing was new to me. I came across this forum where people commented on what they felt after they pierced & I sort of regret it. I mean it was good information but there are people on the forum that painted a really bad experience, which brings me to my next point.
Things you need to know before you decide on getting a navel piercing:
• You can't scrimp & save on navel piercing like how you would on your ears ( cause' my helix and tragus only cost 3$ each! Did it @ Beadstreet cineleisure). This is because if someone inexperienced helps you pierce, they might pierce it too thinly & the chances of continuous bleeding & infection is extremely high.
• The duration of the wound FULLY recovering is approx 3-6 months. So if you're doing swimming as a sport/playing extreme sports, it's best not to take it up. That's because the navel piercing needs to fully heal, and CANNOT be tugged at. Therefore, only pierce it when you have minimum 4-5 months to spare. Recovering time varies depending on individual.
• Ask your friends who have a navel piercing how was it :-) For me, the navel piercing wasn't pain @ all cause' I think my pain tolerance is really high. Like it just felt like a huge ant bite. Something that's particularly important is that ask your friends where they did theirs & their experience. Later in the post I'll put down the address of where I did mine!
• Be aware of your own skin condition. If you've sensitive skin etc, choose studs that are titanium to prevent irritation. (obviously you'll have to pay more)
• There might be a scar even if you take the piercing out after 1-2 years. That's a sacrifice you would have to make. (or just leave it there forever and never take it out LOL) Personally, I'm okay with the scarring because honestly, if I do get pregnant in the future, I would want to do C section so there would still be scars from the surgery so... might as well yknw? HAHA.
My experience of piercing
So I went to Far East Plaza to get my navel piercing done. This is where I got mine! It's basically @ Far East Plaza, #04-11. Here is some additional information:
Got the first picture off google and the second, off their website.
It was recommended by a friend who got hers done at the same place so yes it's extremely reliable. I went there at approx 12PM, and told them I wanted a navel piercing. It took only about 15minutes! So the price of a navel piercing would be approximately 50$+++ (depending on the stud you purchase & the aftercare products) Mine was 61$ because I got the cheaper stud and purchased NaCl solution to clean my wound for the first week or so.
Here's a picture of what they gave me:
When I was in the small room, I was made to lie down and Nicol, (the person who attended to me) proceeded to sterilize (is it?) my belly button and used a marker to mark the position to pierce. I was then told to check in the mirror if I was okay with where the piercing would be at. Once everything is set, they would lie you down and yes the process of terror begins HAHA. They would use a clasp to clasp your meat together to facilitate the piercing of your flesh. Nicol told me to check that the needle is a new needle. (this step is extremely important to prevent sharing of needles etc.) So if wherever you're piercing @ does not show you a new needle, do ask them. Exactly why I 100% actually no, 200% recommend Exotic Tattoos and Piercings! They're ethical :') So basically Nicol told me that she would count from 1 to 3 and at the count of 3, I need to take a deep breath in. (that's when she pierced into my flesh) However, it was just like a huge ant sting!!! But do note my pain tolerance is really high HAHA.
AND IT WAS FINALLY DONE. So they would then tell you to step out and explain all the aftercare steps. They even have a slip of paper to tell you the precise steps to take while cleansing your wound to prevent infections etc.
• It is highly recommended (from what I read online) to purchase their NaCl solution to clean your wound after you bathe. Nicol also informed me that purchasing it to cleanse would be better (there was absolutely no hard selling @ all). Therefore I got it and including everything, it was 61$. I feel that this money is well spent because not only am I paying for the stud/piercing, I'm also paying for their experience.
THEREFORE IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO GO TO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEIR PEOPLE ARE VERY EXPERIENCED.
• DO NOT play with the stud. Honestly that's really dumb. But anyway it'll hurt because today, when I was bathing I accidentally tugged @ it & it was horribly painful. So please. DO NOT.
• As much as you want to show your navel piercing off by wearing crop tops etc, it's better not to within the first week of the piercing because technically you're exposing your piercing to viruses/bacteria in the air. So just wear loose fitting clothes that covers your navel :-)
• AVOID SEAFOOD. I'm not sure if you need to avoid diary products, I don't think so since I ate lots of diary ever since piercing but yep. Seafood might lead to an infection too! So do watch out :-)
On a side note, here's another story I read online about the horror of saving $ for navel piercings. She got her navel pierced at 15$ (which is like 1/4 the price of mine) However, after that, her wound started bleeding like crazy and she had to get a surgery done, because the person pierced too little of her flesh. Ouch right?!?! So yes I honestly think it's still better to pierce it somewhere where it's reknown.
Basically, I guess that's about it :-) Yep that's all about my experience of getting a navel piercing & NO RAGRETS BABY. I totally don't regret it one bit :') Have been wanting to get it for so long but lacked the financial resources to do so. So I finally had the $ HA HA HA. Here's a picture of my piercing :-)
I'm a fat fuck I know
Hopefully this post is informational to whoever who wants to do a Navel piercing! :-)

Factorieeeee shopping :-)
So... I got some money from tutoring my brother and guess where the money went? (people who know me well confirm know the answer) YES CLOTHES. It was a bad choice to be early for work & as I was walking around, browsing through clothes at different shops @ Ion, I came to factorie! I've saw this brand before @ Suntec when I went with my parents to eat. At that time, I was so tempted to go into the shop & spend all my $ there but yeah we were rushing for time :-(
Basically factorie is a brand that is sort of similar to cotton on, but of better quality (to me lah). I honestly have been buying lesser of cotton on clothes because I feel that the quality isn't really worth the price. When they first started out, the materials used were much better & at a reasonable price. So if you're looking for affordable trendy, not Bugis street type of clothes, head to Factorie!
So I finally paid factorie a visit yesterday! There were so many sales that were going on and I only had 30 minutes on hand so I kinda had to chiong to find what I would wear/what I would be interested in. I went in with about 100bux, came out with approx 70bux. Not too bad right my self discipline *chuckles* But honestly if I had the whole time there, i think all 100bux would be gone and I would have to draw more money LOL. Here are my buys:
So I bought 3 bandage/tight fitting skirts. & GUESS WAT'S IN THE PAPER ENVELOPE HEHE.
IT IS PINEAPPLE SOX!¡!¡ (for just 3bux)
Oh right, the sale was three skirts for 30bux. It was originally 14.95 for one. And @ the counter, I was told that if I wrote my name and email, they would give me a 10% discount (which is a really good deal). Adding the 3 skirts + sox, it's equivalent to 33bux so after the 10% my socks became free! :-) woohoo. So yes, it's a shop where the money spent is worth it :-) Waited for my fav boy to end work & headed home together :') Yay to working in the same building! :*
I got a navel piercing today!!! Will do a separate post on it soon :-)
Something I've learnt recently is that, don't try rewriting history because it's never going to work. What's done had been done, just treasure your friends more :') Best friends see the worst sides of you & still love you :-)
Thanks for sticking around :-) much loves hehe ^^

Guess who baked today?¿?¿
Baking a cake is such a chore oh my goodness. So if any of you got a handmade cake as your present or something, appreciate it to like the largest extent please.
Before I started I was looking for all the recipes and I was like thinking to myself, "okay lah, seems quite doable & easy" BUT BUT BUT, no shit bro. Making a cake from scratch ain't easy @ all. I've done cupcakes/cookies before but baking a cake is waow a whole new level. One thing I learnt is that, you can't melt chocolates to replace the whipped cream in the middle of the two layers because..... trust me you don't want your knife to break HAHA. Anyway, I was so excited about making the cake and thought it would turn out fine but it looks horrible but tastes really not too bad :-) Here are some pictures!!!
I'll do better the next time!! (if there ever is because this shit is difficult HAHA) Actually the most difficult part of making this cake was the part where you had to place the chocolate (for me) between the two cake layers. I didn't do much research on that before embarking on my 'Cake Expedition' but now that I've researched, if there is ever a next, I'm going to put whipped cream :-) Oh right, to make the two layers, you simply just have to bake a cake and cut in using s really really sharp knife into two VERY VERY PATIENTLY. Yay to off days & yay to learning new things today :')

Hello I'm back again!¡!¡ I should be blogging more these few days/weeks since I got my new phone (iphone 6 gold YAY) and have more storage space @ 64GB. So that means I can afford to download more nonsense applications as compared to previously where my phone only contained necessities 😪
My father just came back from HK and brought dimsum back. Didn't manage to take a picture because I was like a savage beast, hungry as hell. So I practically just gobbled down the food. Something that I took picture of was the selfie stick my father got me!!! Omg much excites!!! I know I'm kinda slow since the selfie stick trend has been around for quite a while & I only JUST got it but it's okay ☺️ Better late than never 💁 So here's a picture of the monopod hehe 👍
Basically I used it when I went out yesterday with 5/6 of the puny peanuts (Shermaine, Kuven, Kaiqi, Michelle & Me) We were supposed to surprise Zarifah for her birthday but that irritating woman had to go JB >:l SO MUCH FOR SURPRISING. It's okay now we learnt our lesson. And anyway, here are some photos taken by the monopod! The interesting thing is that the button to press is located on the selfie stick itself & this just makes selfie-ing/wefie-ing x1000 more convenient :-)
So much love for my bff (aka Shermaine Goh)
So we had 18 chefs after we realized our plan failed & Kuven had to leave early (boo) so yep we ate and went home :-)
Had work today and just got back. Going to head to bathe now and put a mask on my face because make up everyday apparently makes your skin ages even faster. (according to my assistant boutique manager) should be a fact so... take care of your skin girls&guys :-) Tyvm & goodbye
see y'all soon :-)

It's been long
I'm finally back to blogging because I realized how long I haven't been blogging oh my. Especially after my Vietnam trip! So... I guess here's an update about life :-) I'm currently working @ Town area (Orchad) so I've to like travel quite far down but it's okay since work normally starts at 1230 :-) Yay to sleeping later.
Another thing is that I just passed my BTT (Basic Theory Test) & got 48/50 ^^ So I'm on my way to practical lessons now! & learning from a private instructor is way cheaper and easier to arrange since most private instructors are sort of free as compared to learning @ schools. Learning private is almost half the price of learning driving @ schools so... it's worth it ☺️
Another thing that happened recently is my 6th month with Girvan (YAY) We went to Ion Sky the previous day (I think) & it was really pretty and guess what........ ADMISSION IS FREE LOL. There weren't many people when we went over but maybe because it was quite early? And oh, Girvan taught me how to play Billiard hehe. I think I'm really so horrible at it omg. #savepru
